Wish List-

Envision needs a new printer/scanner. We're sad to say that the charity's first ever printer is going to have to retire to the scrap heap after 5 years. A new printer which comes with either a photocopier or scanner (or both) will cost Envision around £8000 but this money is already earmarked for our direct delivery work with young people for the year, which costs over £4,000 for every youth team we support. In the interests of conserving the environment we would be happy to accept a second hand printer or scanner from any kind donors, knowing that this may prevent it from being sent to the scrapheap before its time.

Envision is recruiting adult mentors and adult volunteers - known as Envision Youth Educators (EYEs) to support the programmes over the next year. We are looking for individuals who can commit a lunchbreak a week from October to April 2010, are enthusiastic and open minded about providing support to young people that lets them lead and voice their own team project ideas for community benefit. To register your interest contact Emily Pickering on emily@envision.org.uk or 020 7253 1677

Envision is looking for companies interested in giving young people an opportunity to see how their company works, to give them a tour of their business, and to broaden their horizons around the world of work. This is an often daunting yet not too distant crossroads many of our beneficiaries must face after they finish the programme with us.
